A welcoming program for new and returning wrestlers focused on fundamentals, confidence, movement, and mat awareness.

Focused training for middle school wrestlers developing stronger technique, match strategy, conditioning, and leadership.

Parent permission document

Photo, Name & Media Release

I am the parent or legal guardian of the wrestler named above. By choosing “Yes, I grant permission”, I authorize Central Kentucky Silverbacks Wrestling Club and its authorized coaches or volunteers to photograph, video record, or otherwise record my child during club practices, tournaments, team events, awards, and related activities.

I authorize the club to use my child’s first and last name, image, likeness, voice, wrestling results, and team achievements for legitimate club communication and promotion. Approved uses include the club website, club-controlled social media accounts, digital posts, print materials, newsletters, and team announcements.

I understand that online content may be viewed, shared, or copied by others; neither my child nor I will receive payment; and media permission is not required for club participation. I may revoke permission for future use by giving the club written notice. Revocation does not require the club to remove materials published or distributed before it received the notice when removal is not reasonably practical. The club will not publish private contact, medical, home-address, or school information through this release.
